We ship our non-perishable grains and pantry items across North America. Fresh produce is currently limited to regional delivery to maintain quality.

Is your farm certified organic?

We follow strictly organic and regenerative practices. While we are currently in the transition period for certification, our soil is chemical-free.

When is the next harvest?

Sweet corn and tomatoes begin in mid-July. You can sign up for our newsletter to receive an alert the morning our online shop opens for the season.

We roast every Tuesday morning to secure exact curve metrics. All orders ship within twenty-four hours of roasting, ensuring your single-estate beans arrive at the absolute peak of freshness.

Store your beans in our original valved packaging at room temperature. We recommend a resting period of six days post-roast before pulling your first espresso shot to allow optimal degassing.

We log every roast profile digitally. If you require the exact roasting curve metrics and temperature logs for your specific lot, contact our team with your batch number.

If a specific single-estate lot does not meet your extraction standards, notify us within fourteen days of delivery. We will issue a direct replacement or a full refund.
